Many people claimed artificial sugars for weight gain, and increase in blood sugar and insulin.

Artificial sugar is the alternative to sugars. It is the food additive, provides a sweet taste in the food without any added calories.

Sugars are of two types natural and synthetic. Those which are not produced by nature are known as artificial sugars. They are present in our food. These are then marketed as “health foods” or diet products.

And increases the blood sugar and insulin level by responding to blood sugar. That can be stored in the form of fat. And can use as energy. 3. Aspartame

It is well known artificial sugar. According to the studies, there is no link of this sugar with the insulin. Whether we have to take alone or combined with carbohydrates. From another studies effects of this on prolactin, growth hormone, blood glucose or blood sugar and insulin. And it had none.

4. Acesulfame K
